Are your belly paints safe for pregnant mothers?
Yes, our belly paints are made from non-toxic and hypoallergenic FDA approved ingredients. Our founding artist even had her own belly painted as you can see in the photos above.
How long will the session take?
We try to keep most of our belly painting designs within 45 minutes to ensure the comfort of our pregnant mummies. Each 45-minute belly painting includes a single subject with one background colour. A simple maternity photo shoot at home takes about 15 minutes. While a professional maternity photo shoot in a studio can take up to 1.5 hours.
What are your most popular belly painting designs?
Our founding artist will have a chat with you to find out your unique story and make a recommendation on your belly painting design. Animals, rainbows and florals are very popular elements in our designs. Every motherhood experience is different and we hope to express yours in a way that is personal and meaningful for your family.
What do I wear?
All white outfits usually work best for both mummy and daddy, giving your photos an effortless touch of grace. White is the easiest outfit colour to plan and helps to draw focus on you and your hubby. Ideally, mummy should wear a crop top and maxi style skirt where the waist band sits below the baby bump. Let us know if you need help with this and we will see what we can arrange. 🙂
When should I schedule my belly painting?
Belly paintings are best done when you are 32 to 36 weeks along.
Where is your studio located?
We have various studio locations near Tai Seng & Paya Lebar MRT. We will send you the final address once you have decided on your date and time. We can also travel to your preferred location at a nominal fee.
Can I book your belly painter to come to my preferred location?
Yes, you may book our belly painter to come to your preferred location instead of coming down to our artist’s studio. Travel fees may apply depending on your location.
